I used some of the Japanese fabric hexagons to decorate some store bought placemats. This pair is a housewarming gift for some friends in the US. I hope they like this simple little gift and will enjoy using them. (This gift went into the mail last week, so they should arrive soon!)

They are very attractive and you have placed the hexagons well; not under the plate and not where the glass would stand and possibly tilt over,
