I went to the zoo on Tuesday, another day I had free, but not an official holiday. I thought it would be less crowded.
I love going to zoos and aquariums and watching the animals, but I have to say I was a little disappointed in this zoo. The children were lively, but a lot of the animals seemed to be asleep.

It was Golden Week and maybe 'time off' for the animals as well. There is quite a selection of animals and birds.
Nap time at the zoo! They keep a schedule like the rest of us, I think it's my nap time too, or is time to watch that mystery?
Thanks for taking us to the zoo, the Scarlet ibis is a striking bird. Are the enclosures small? I was wondering what the orangutan had to do?
The last time we went to the zoo, a lot of animals appeared to be asleep as well (others were hiding because it was crowded!). It was still a lot of fun, and you got to take some awesome pictures at your zoo!
