Sounds nice. As far as I know we don't have an Emergency Day in Israel to mark the activity of emergency factors, and to remind us all to be cautious.
Always good to be reminded, the emergency people do such good work.
I'm pretty sure we don't have an emergency day. Every now and then a community might try to do something but it's not a requirement.
How nice to have a emergency day a reflection of all those wonderful people and services that help xx

Is that another word play on the sound an ambulance makes? I love how the Japanese have a special day for everything..
