A 49 year old man living in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo has been arrested for grabbing eye glasses off people's faces while he was riding by on a moped in Shinjuku. When police went to his home, they discovered about 50 more pairs of glasses. In my opinion, this is just crazy. What is he going to do with 50 pairs of eye glasses? It's not like he can wear them or sell them. I just don't get it.

I agree with Catherine, this is creepy! I also wonder why anyone would do such a thing, is it a challenge he was setting himself? Did he want to prove to himself that he would be able to snatch someone's spectacles while driving past on his mc? I'd rather set myself the challenge of completing a huge hexagon quilt! Wouldn't you?
