Summer Festival

Our town held its summer festival last weekend.  One of the highlights of the festival is the evening parade – people wear their summer festival clothing (yakata) and dance to our town’s music.  It’s a wonderful Japanese event!

Nice to know someone who knows the difference between kimono and yukata!=) Lovely, aren't they? Nice of some fo the girls to pose for your photos too.=)
