Work In Progress Wednesday - Sampler Wallet
I worked on this while traveling and
made a good bit of progress. I haven’t
felt so much like stitching lately, but am starting to get my concentration
back, so maybe I’ll have more to show next week.

What a conincidence! I am working on lettering, too, this week. Your sampler is much lovelier, though. I hope you soon feel full of 'stitchy' energy again.
The sampler is lovely and so are the colours chosen.
I love the colours you are using in your piece. It is looking lovely.
The Sampler looks great.
Greetings, Manuela
I have just come upon your blog and have enjoyed going through past posts. Sorry to hear about your operation and I do hope you are on the road to recovery. The sampler looks a lovely piece of work for you to be doing at the moment.
I shall continue to go through your archive posts.
I, too, blog about embroidery - at the moment mainly whitework initials for the couples my parish priest husband has married, but also about an embroidered patchwork altar frontal I am leading the village in the making. I would love it if you would have a look at my blog http://www.addisonembroideryatthevicarage.co.uk/2014/09/04/altar-frontal-september-update-joining-begins/
with best wishes, Mary Addison
This is stunning - the finished article will be something special.
very beautiful sampler.
I agree, lovely color and letters.
Pamela, I hope you are feeling better! I love your sampler! To be honest, I was beginning to think I simply was not a fan of alphabet samplers. You proved me wrong. Your sampler is stunning. I love the colors and the variety used stitching the letters. I cannot wait to see it when it is done. Beautiful work.
