Twelve Months to the Double Nickel - November Edition
This
month I am going to (slowly) add situps back into my routine. I haven’t done any since before my surgery. I have walked every day, but haven’t
been as good as I could have been with my eating. I blame it on all of our little trips and
events, but I plan to do better when I eat away from home this month. I had hoped to lose two kilos, but I’m not
unhappy about losing only one. (It’s a good thing I walked so much or I might
have gained). I resolve to do better
this month. I want to walk outside as long as I can, but I know winter is
coming and I’m prepared to walk inside at the university’s new gym.

It is good that you can keep up the walking indoors when the snow sets in.
Eating out is always a problem - you don't know the size of the portion or what kind of ingredients the chef has used (how much sugar, olive oil or butter...), but you can select water instead of a sugary soft drink.
Make a slow start on those sit ups, it is easy to get muscle ache after not having used the adbominal muscles for a long time. I speak from experience!
Good luck!
