Now,
what to do with this piece? I could make
a small table mat, the same size as this fabric piece. I could add fabric to two ends to make a
table runner. I could add fabric on all
four sides to make a table cloth. I
could make a pillow or a bag. What do
you think? Any ideas?

Goodness! What a speedy finish, well done!
I love it! What a beautiful piece. All of your ideas sound fabulous. I have no doubt whichever one you choose will be a treasure!
Blackwork is a favourite and I love your fish. My town has three fishes as part of its coat of arms. Great work as always Pamela!
The fishes are wonderful.
I would sew a pillow.
Greetings, Manuela
beautiful blackwork ♥
I love the idea of this as a bag but maybe a table runner or pillow would see more use? This is really such a great piece so I think it'd be great as anything really. :D
That was a quick finish. I think I would leave it as a table mat or make a runner.
I agree with Manuela, wonderful, and a pillow would be good.
Beautiful blackwork stitching and design
