That looks interesting Pamela, I like the presentation, the whole thing looks attractive.
What I find fascinating with these set meals is that they often include both RICE and NOODLES!
Soba is good, looks like a satisfying meal.
I don't think I have ever eaten a Japanese meal. We have so many Chinese restaurants here, but I'm not sure about Japanese, though I'm sure there are. I'd probably enjoy the meal you are showing. I love rice and I love noodles and like to try different things. My husband...he would starve if this is what he had to eat!! Though that is funny because he was stationed in Korea when they took the Pueblo and always talks about the Korean food he ate. He enjoyed it back then!
