One of my favorites growing up. Have you seen the new BBC mini series?
Hi Pamela wow what an awesome part of the quilt festival,I love it all that beautiful wedding cross stitch bought back memories I bought that pattern to make for my daughter when she got married but I never made it up,so lovely to see this made up. Thankyou for sharing this with us Pamela I love it all xx
Just wonderful how the book has been brought to life. Thank you for sharing.
What a treat to be able to see that beautiful work, in real life.
The hosta leaves are amazing with the blue snail and all those
birds and cherries on the tree. Amazing detail.
I love that book and wish I could see the quilts too. Thank you for the great photographs.
WOW, just WOW ! Such an amazing work...
In stitches,
Nadne
Wonderful quilts.
I have saw the film.
Best wishes Manuela
It was indeed an impressive display based on the book. They put so much work into these 'literary quilting' homes.
Wow, such an amazing display!
Thank you for sharing.

What a beautiful and creative display!
Wow, it's really amazing what some people can do with just fabric and thread! Those 'paintings' are amazing, but I think the quilted plants are my favourites from this section.
