Work in Progress Wednesday - Spring Holiday

Today is a national holiday in Japan - Spring Equinox Day.  Does your country celebrate the first day of spring with a national holiday?  I'm off on another big adventure, but will be back to tell you about it soon!

This week I have continued working on the cross stitch baby afghan and have made some progress, but not as much as I'd like.  I really want to finish this this month, as it is one of my new 6&6 in 2018 projects, plus it is good to give a baby present when the baby is still a baby.

Good progress, especially as the scale is small.
Have an enjoyable holiday - we're having snow in Tokyo so stayed home and clean the house!

It looks beautiful, so delicate and filigree when it's embroidered tone on tone.

This piece is so pretty. I'm pretty sure my eyes would not allow me to complete a project of these colors, lol.

Great progress! You'll be done soon. March 21st is not a holiday here, but I think it really should be - it's my birthday after all!
