That's a good idea! Little children can be very intimidated by 'huge' toilets. That size would make the process so much
easier for the little ones.
I have seen some adult size toilets with an extra, smaller seat, to fold down for kids, but not an entire 'throne'.
We had these at the childcare centre I worked at, so much easier for the little ones.

This looks as short as the toilets in the Target (adult!) bathroom!

They had these in South Korea too!
I think we had toilets like this (well, not quite like this, but small ones) when I was in kindergarden!
