Sometimes
it’s just fun to play with stuff and see what it turns into.

Playing with Yo-Yos
Alicia
and I met after class for lunch and to play with yo-yos. I pulled out fabric,
trim, beads, buttons, ribbon, and a variety of other stuff. Alicia made some decorative hair clips and a
necklace to give as gifts.
I made
a little ornament. It still looks kind
of plain, so I’ll probably embellish it a bit more. The strings of beads are loose and I might
tack them in a few places. It’s hard to know when to stop.

Yo yoes are fun aren't they. I like the idea of a Christmas Tree. You might like to look at this you tube video - one chrysanthemum plant with over 1000 flowers!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9bz8iCH3XU&feature=relmfu
