It's looking beautiful :) I like the monochromatic look....is that navy?
It is a very attractive design and the fabric looks nice to touch. Don't you find you have tension problems when you stitch without a hoop?

It's closer to royal blue than navy. I'm using three strands of DMC floss 791.
I use stretcher bars for canvas stitching, but do most everything else in hand and don't have any problems.
