Starting a New "Small"
I’m
participating in the Smalls Stitch-A-Long this year and so far have been able
to complete mine in time to post about it on the last Wednesday of each month. I want to continue to be able to post a
completed small each month, so I’ve already started mine for May.

The effect is very striking. How did you get the look in the form at the bottom? What kind of thread are you using?
Thank you! The stitch is the wrapped triangular eyelet. The bottom shape has both parts of the stitch, the top is the eyelet only - still needs to have the second part of the stitch. The thread is silk - first layer overdyed blue to yellow, the top layer solid yellow.
Blue and yellow is such a pleasant combination. The choice of stitch and design will make this a great small thing, whatever it will be.
I love the look. It is silk? It has a nice sheen.
Nice, making a scissor fob??? I love the colors and the stitch used.
I like blue and yellow together too.
Yes, it is silk. I agree.
Good guess. It is a fob, but not for scissors.
Oh I love the colours and the stitch! I won't even hazard a guess what you're making though :) Looking forward to your post at the end of the month!
It looks fantastic. I like the colors.
Greetings, Manuela
