Monday Morning Star Count - 133

I’ve been basting new hexagons this week and have a total of 133 now for my new little bag project.  I’ve started putting them together and am trying to be random. Random is always harder than it sounds.

I’m still working on the quilt, although I haven't been keeping to my one thread a day plan.  It sounded like a good idea, but some days I do several threads, some none at all.  Anyway, it is still progress.  Linking up with Life Under Quilts.

Fabric Bomb Giveaway
Thursday I will be choosing a name from the comments on last Thursday's post to receive my fabric bomb. Be sure to leave a comment if you are interested in participating.  Details about the fabric bomb I received and the one I will be giving are on that post.

Working with hexagons is addictive - I am sure it will be hard to stop! After the quilt and the bag you need to start another hexy project.

I agree that random is harder than it looks and sometimes it just doesn't work. Your arrangement is looking lovely however. Cute little hexies.

I so agree about trying to be random in placing the hexagons...it is harder than you think it should be...yours is coming along nicely though...love your color choices...

Yes- I love "random" but it's a fine balance!

This looks lovely. Can't wait to see how you decide to quilt it.
