Monday Morning Star Count - More About the Little Bag

This is the shape and size. Can you guess what I’m going to do with it?

I’ve put a small section of thin batting at the bottom to give the bottom some shape.  I need to make more hexagons for the inside edge.  I hope to have more done to show next week.

Linking up with Life Under Quilts.

Is this going to be like a dilly bag? I love the color choices you have made and am looking forward to the progress of your little bag...

I don't know what a dilly bag is, so I can't tell you!

Ooh nice. Are you going to gather up the top with a drawstring? I think a dilly bag is an Oz thing - I'm not sure what it is either!

Hhehehe a dilly bag is a draw string bag that is real popular in Aussie land...I received one in a swap and love it...

Very pretty blues. All the mini hexies that I make in my spare time are blue also, but I don't as yet know what to make with them, interested to watch your progress.
