Kokoen Garden

Kokoen Garden is next to Himeji Castle and consists of nine walled gardens in various styles from the Edo period.

It was magical and serene to travel from one area to another.

It's all so lovely. One thing I miss is having a fish pond. We have the creek but definitely not the same thing.

I want to sit somewhere on a warm day and look at the garden.

Those gardens are so peaceful and lovely. There's something about a koi pond that makes me just instantly relax! And beautiful paths, so much nice water. Gorgeous!
