You can get these special Hello Kitty mini plush dolls with each Happy Meal at McDonald's in Japan. There are 50 different dolls to celebrate Hello Kitty's 50th anniversary. They are inspired by various fashion trends and Japanese eras and will be given out at random this month, so you can't choose. For more information, check out the McDonald's website.
