Friday Finish Candlewicking Zipper Pouch

No machine was used in the construction of this little zipper pouch, it was done all by hand stitching. The fabric was originally cut at 7"x7" and the finished size is about six and a half inches square.

Originally I was going to use blue lining fabric with the blue zipper, but I forgot and cut the ecru little rabbit fabric.  I still went with the blue zipper because blue is my favorite color.

The blue zipper becomes a nice accent to the monochrome egg-white fabric and Colonial Knots.
What is Little Bunny going to keep in the pouch?

Congratulations on completing your candle wicking zipper pouch!.
The blue zipper is very effective and has a very elegant finish.😌
I was surprise that everything was hand sewn. I can't even imagine attaching a zipper by hand anymore.😵I'm secretly fascinated by zippers, so I might try sewing them by hand someday.
