Girls Day, that's a great idea, to celebrate girls.
I like your display, sweet.
Beautiful display.
I love those dolls. At some point I acquired quite a few of them, but I rarely remember to put them out, as I’m not Japanese. I recall reading that modern Japanese and Hawaiian celebrations have incorporated a wish that girls not only have a good marriage, but also a good career.

A lovely display for Girls Day.
Great finish on the cross stitched house
I've had a lovely catch up read.
My grade school used to celebrate both Girls Day and Boys Day. It was fun -- but I have no idea how the tradition was started.
Lovely display Pamela.
Hugs,
Barbara xx
