Work In Progress Wednesday

Dogwood Afghan - I finished one block.  There are 20 blocks, but I don't know how many of them I will stitch.  The photo on the pattern looks like seven of them are stitched. I don't think I will stitch in all 20, but the seven in the photo seem too uneven.  The cross stitches are done over one thread and there is a lot of white on white, so it's not the easiest thing to stitch. I'll think about it for a bit before deciding.  I do like how this first block looks.

The Mola Fish

The Miniature Carpet - I was able to take out the mistake stitches and am back on track.

I have seen pictures of the Charles Craft Dogwood afghan before. Even though it has a lot of white, it's very stunning and understated. Your stitched square on it looks fabulous.

Your dogwood blossoms are gorgeous! It is a bit hard to make sense of the picture on the package, isn't it? Just how would those squares be arranged if you laid it out flat?

Good progress on your other projects, too. It must feel good to have the miniature carpet back on track - no more unstitching, just positive progress.

You have been productive!
I think the dogwood is a very nice design, but maybe a bit too much to stitch it in every square. I also see the difficulty with white on white and small scale. Be kind to yourself and opt out when you want to.

The dogwood looks great! So the blocks are all the same, you just need to decide on how many you'll stitch?
Great progress on everything else too, and of course congrats on finishing the NYE SAL :)
