This climbing wall is near the train station in the town where I live. I took a couple of pictures as I was walking by. It was a pretty day, perfect for this activity.
I watched a bit of the climbing from the Tokyo Olympics. It was quite amazing, but it is a sport I can't watch without my heart being in my mouth. Just seeing the wall without anyone on it makes me anxious.

This new sport has become very popular in Japan. A great idea for younger people, but for me...I would only challenge this wall if I were Spiderman!
Definitely not for me - I prefer solid ground.
That overhang looks scary! Looks like they are having fun, though.
