Monday Morning Star Count - More Hand Quilting
I’ve
been working a bit more on the hand quilting.
It’s hard to tell what I’ve quilted by looking at the front because I’m
quilting along the seam lines. You can see a little better from the back side
how much (how little) I’ve done so far.

I wouldn't call that 'little' work; I'd call it great progress. Do you find the quilting relaxing of tedious? Do you listen to music, audio books or Japanese lessons while working?
For the most part I find it relaxing. Sometimes I listen to music or an audio book, sometimes I watch old TV programs on YouTube while stitching, and sometimes I listen to "Drive Time Japanese" CDs. When I work on it in the early morning before Ted is awake, I just stitch in the quiet.
Wow, your quilting is wonderful.
Greetings, Manuela
Oh that is so beautiful Pamela! Hand quilting always let's me think "family heirloom"!
I love the soft blues in this project and your hand quilting looks great. I never really appreciated hand quilting until I did some my self and now I just love it every time I see it in a quilt.
