Sakura Soft Ice Cream
Japan
is very proud of its four seasons and many areas have special seasonal
foods. A little sweet shop near our
apartment has sakura (cherry blossom) ice cream for a short time in the spring
while the trees are in bloom each year.
This week they were serving a piece of sakura cake on the cone. It’s probably best that this isn’t available
all year long!

Wow - never heard of it, but the ice cream and cake certainly look GREAT!

I agree, sakura icecream is too delicious to be on sale all year long!
