Monday Morning Star Count - Week 36

Today is Seijin no Hi, a national holiday in Japan, so, I have the day off from work. Seijin no Hi or Coming of Age Day, became an official holiday in 1948 in Japan and celebrates Japanese youth who turn 20 years old and become adults that year. There is usually a ceremony at city hall, followed by the 20 year olds celebrating with their friends, often wearing fancy kimonos or suits.

The temp quilt piece looks like you have had cool weather, the colors are very pretty together.
