Train Manners with Snow White

Seen at a station on the Toei Subway line in Tokyo. (No, I didn't go to Tokyo).

I love seeing these manner reminders in Japan!

I think peddling apples on the train is forbidden. The wicked witch would soon be arrested by police and passengers would no longer be tempted to rush into carriages by shiny red poisonous apples. Happy ending.

I agree, these reminders are charming.

Pamela: It seems the manners here in the USA have almost gone to the wayside, so sad.
Many countries teach manners which i think is a wonderful idea.

That reminds me of an experience I had at a train station in Japan several years ago. I was on the platform in Kurashki going to Okayama. We could see the train approaching in the far distance (this was outside platforms). The loud speaker then started to announce the arrival of the train by playing "I've been working on the railroad all the live long day. . . ."

The art work on the poster is colorful and makes the point clear just by looking at it.
I'd be one of those silly commuters just gawking at the posters and smiling.

We could do with that in Melbourne 😁

That's cute! I guess the dwarves got a little over excited to be in the big city for once.
