Autumn Leaves in Winter
I
worked on this table runner a bit the last few days. I finished cutting out the leaves and pressed
them to the background with steam a seam. The next step is to stitch around each leaf
with a blanket stitch.

There is going to be a lot of blanket stitches but won't this look pretty when it is completed. I wonder if your new machine can stitch the equivalent of blanket stitch?
Margaret is right; with all those curves there is going to be lots of stitches for you to do. Does the 'glue' in steam a seam make it hard to stitch?
