So far, this winter has been warmer than usual. It's hard to believe it is mid-January and I haven't pulled out a winter coat yet. Due to the warmer than usual weather expected for January to March, the Japan Meteorological Corporation is predicting earlier than average cherry blossoms this year. I live in the 3/25 area. This is subject to change, which is why this is called the 1st forecast.

I wonder WHEN the cold will come - together with the cherry blossoms so we can have flower viewing picnics or in April. I am sure there will be a COLD spell later on.
It's weird how the weather seems to be a little different each year. Seems like we are living in ties of change.
