The wooden signboard says that you should mutter a very short sutra as you spin the prayer wheel. It takes a lot of time to read all the sutras, but if you mutter a few words and spin the prayer wheel once, you will be able to receive blessings as if you have read all the sutras. I think it's God’s wise plan.

The trees are unique and so is the prayer wheel. Did you rotate it instead of saying the sutra out loud?
