Pamela: What a fun look back.
Do you ever plan to get back to your home country? just curious, the older I get the more curious I get.

You will have many wonderful memories of places and people.
You certainly have made good use of your time in Japan. A blogging diary is a treasure.
You have some wonderful experiences to look back on.
I really enjoy your look-back posts! Such fun (and many from before we "met." Congratulations on nine years in Japan. I feel bad for my cousin Jack who had been teaching English in China for the past eight but after we kicked out a bunch of Chinese people, they retaliated, even though Jack had a few years left on his visa. I can see why you love Japan -- it's a beautiful and fascinating country.
Wow, nine years, and so many different memories! Do you think you'll ever live anywhere else but Japan now?
