I think that will make a good border.
That will make a great border and you have a bonus mug rug too.
A coffee and cookie coaster would be a good project for your stitch group. Hand piecing I guess, though.
I like the fabric combo and the Mug mat is really attractive.
I have always liked that pattern for a border. Great practice piece.
